As the holiday season reaches a frenzy, you may notice your phobias seemingly getting worse. Holiday parties bring exposure to strange foods and people you don't know well, while shopping can trigger phobias ranging from agoraphobia to social phobia. Getting through the holidays can be challenging, but the rewards are definitely worthwhile.
